Originally I planned on grouting the entire thing in white but now am thinking of using the white at the corners and a lavender in the body of the piece. The lavender would make the lavender triangle tiles fade into the color rather than stand out.
Let me know what you think. I appreciate any input.

Wow - it might look really stunning .... but ... there's no going back, is there? Any chance you can make a small sample before you commit to the whole thing? I can't recall ever seeing a mosaic with tiles and grout the same color. Whatever you decide to do, it's gorgeous!
i see where you are wanting to go with the lavendar, and if the trim was lavendar (instead of black) i would say go with that, but the way it is now with the black trim i say do it all white.
All your work is so lovely. I think since you put so much effort in to hand cutting tile pieces and your lay out that it would be a shame to hide that in lavender grout. Just my opinion though.
